After starting his career in finance and accounting, Nathan joined the family business to oversee daily operations and office management.

His focus on efficiency, adaptability, and personal service helps ensure every customer experience reflects Arrow's hands-on approach.

Originally trained as a pilot, Tom shifted to ground operations and leadership before joining Arrow Energy in 1992.

Now with over 30 years at the company, he leads sales strategy and manages relationships with Phillips 66 and Arrow's network of FBO partners across the Midwest and beyond.

Devin joined Arrow Energy in 2010 after earning a degree in Aviation Management from Eastern Michigan University and working in FBO operations.

An instrument-rated pilot, he supports aviation fuel sales and quality assurance throughout the Great Lakes region, bringing firsthand operational insight to every customer relationship.

Jennifer joined Arrow Energy in 2021 and serves as the company's Dispatcher, coordinating daily logistics to support reliable fuel delivery across Arrow's service network.

With a strong focus on communication and organization, she helps keep operations running smoothly and customers well supported every day.

Sally joined Arrow Energy in 2001 and supports the company's accounts receivable and payable operations, helping keep day-to-day business running smoothly.

With over 25 years at Arrow, she brings consistency, care, and deep institutional knowledge that support the company's long-standing relationships and operations.
